The following terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your participation as a distributor in the e77 distributor program. By enrolling in the program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Eligibility: Yo must be at least 18 years of age.
Distributor Status: As an enrolled distributo, will be an independent distributor and not an employee, partner, or representative of this company. You are responsible for paying all taxes and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your business.
Product Sales: You may purchase products at wholesale prices and resell them to customers at retail prices. You may not sell products on third-party websites, such as Amazon or eBay, without prior written approval from E77.
Compensation: You will earn commissions on your personal product sales and the product sales of your downline organization. The compensation plan and commission structure may vary by country and may be subject to change at any time.
Downline Organization: You may sponsor other individuals to become distributors and build a downline organization. You are responsible for training and supporting your downline organization, and for ensuring that they comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
Termination: The company reserves the right to terminate your distributor status at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or engaging in conduct that is detrimental to the the company brand or reputation.
Confidentiality: During your participation in the program, you may have access to confidential and proprietary information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
